    Oh give over I didn't send one email I sent many, tell me your only concern is for the big uploaders and I will believe you and give your reply credit. Why should anyone need to install ICQ to get done whats right anyway, please dont use that as an excuse to not answering email support.

    Result nothing, I can forward all emails up until one week ago so don't come the excuse 1 or 2 might be missed or human error.

    Which I stopped doing on Aug 15
    All emails sent to support, contact form and affiliate have been ignored
    Last one to 5 days ago and yes ignored.

    Of course everyone will agree with you here as will I because this is the furthest I have ever got to getting my account sorted same as with everyone who had to join this forum to do the same.

    my problem is I have not been paid whats owed that's all, simple you would think, but obviously not worth supports time via the proper channels.

    "FileSonic is not good, when they switched from sharingmatrix to Filesonic the amount of money they owed me mysteriously appeared in the total paid area... I'm tired to report that issue to the support but i never got any answer.
    Now one of my links made a sale and i didn't got any money from it... I think they are running a scam operation. "

    Filesonic was a disaster from the beginning, I will no longer waste my money or time ever again with your company. You began a service in which you made all kinds of claims and promises in order to gain paying customers.

    Your inability to deliver the goods since, have demonstrated that you don't know what you're doing and don't deserve our business.

    Go back to the drawing board and start all over, you have a lot to learn about running a business and retaining customers.

    The simple fact that the company defends itself ( we cannot answer them all they say, we receive hundreds ) in not answering our complaints, is that they are getting so many complaints, they can't keep up

    I'm not sure of whether stats have decreased overall as I'm on PPS not PPD but sure, it's possible. My problem is that in the filemanager there are files I know are being downloaded yet it says they have not been. I've also tested this. I posted my filesonic links on about 5 high traffic forums and my blog and an oron link to the same file at only one forum (and my blog about 12 hours after I posted the original filesonic link). According to the filemanager the file has only been downloaded once from filesonic. The oron file has been downloaded 23 times.

    I'm not going to dispute your results. Based on feedback from some of my downloaders and a few of the FSn affiliates I work with, I ran some similar test myself the past two weeks. I used FileServe as a mirror rather than Oron, did not post in any high traffic threads (didn't want to effect my sales, I am PPS as well) but chose a couple moderate traffic forums and actually did not mirror any new posts. What I did instead was pick a couple posts I made with FileSonic 2-3 weeks ago and edited them to include the FileServe mirror. This meant the only folk who were going to find these posts were those using the search function, not casual browsers. Still, even with these limitations, within (2) days each FileServe link exceeded the download totals each FileSonic link had accumulated over the 2-3 weeks on all forums, including the high traffic posts.

    The question is does this prove FileSonic's count is wrong or that they simply count fewer downloads by choice and are less popular among downloaders themselves? Particularly with affiliates like you and me, if I understand FSn's count right, we are going to see fewer download in our file managers. I do not believe the file manager reflects all downloads, but only those that would have been paid if we were on PPD. If I'm wrong, then yes, the disparity is an even larger concern. But, if this is true we see fewer downloads because we have a high rate of premium users who download from us (this is why we sell premiums) and as FSn only counts (1) download per day globally from premium users, we will see few, if any such downloads reflected in our stats. With a host like FileServe which counts (1) download per day per premium acct per affiliate (rather than globally) each affiliate gets counted with a download, not the first affiliate only.

    While I would be foolish to claim the count is accurate beyond doubt (only FSn can confirm this), I tend to believe FSn simply counts fewer downloads by choice and is currently less popular among downloaders themselves when you give them a choice. Then again, as justified as this view is based on the feedback I've received, I fully admit it is just one man's opinion.
