    Because the so called Filesonic support is completely useless, hopefully I can get my account sorted out here and be paid what I am owed so I can start uploading files again.
    I would hate to recommend anyone buy premium if this negative level of support is across the board

    dude filesonic's support is the best i think cause no other file host comes to a public board like dp and start solving ppls probs..... and they are relatively new so give them some time to fix everything.........................

    Thats been my problem as well, all emails and bug reports have been ignored, no matter what is posted here about whether you have done this or that. Even emails to affiliate support are ignored.

    Dude this appears to be their only place they offer support, is that how to operate a business? I dont think so. If you offer support on a web site then the least any owner can do is monitor it, not use some forum. Maybe they should point their support link to this thread.

    We don't need to post the link to this thread... We have our ICQ numbers and email addresses on there! I think it is more than enough... Any email or ICQ request received is well taken care of .. and Even the contact us form... If one or 2 are missed every week, it is normal... Human error probably.. But if you didnt get an answer within the next 24 hours, then just install ICQ and add us and talk to us live!

    I was willing to bet that you were on pay per download instead of pay per sale... LOL... So before calling us a scam, go to your settings and see what plan is chosen!! If you don't read everything before using it, and you accuse us of scam, what can we do ? :)

    I believe that the message didnt go through then... We answer all messages that get through.. And I barely hear about problems with this...
