I have a question, how to make a wordpress theme with slided image that appears in homepage?

http://wordpress.org/ is the official site. it has the codex where you can learn about all the tags, code etc. You can also download free themes from there. The best way to learn is to download a free theme (or use wordpress default) and then chop it and change it to your liking.
