Hi, I sale my one service and i late 2 days to deliver work for my client. My Client claim in PayPal its called PayPal dispute. Now PayPal deduct payment from my account. How i can resolve this Issue. Looking your Help Regards
PayPal will have contacted you with the allegations that the buyer has made, you need to respond to them.... depending on what they are will dictate what is the best way to respond.
You either need to resolve this using the paypal procedure or settle this with you client so he can end the dispute.
When the buyer made a dispute on PayPal, in that same dispute the buyer has mentioned what the entire case is. In the same case page you reply (through PayPal) about that. But as usually PayPal advises that you contact DIRECTLY the buyer and resolve the issue with him, in case you can't then you can do that through Paypal. Beware tho, if you do not respond to the dispute (or completely ignore it) PayPal may (and actually WILL) freeze your account and all the funds within your account (then you will need to go through a bunch of hassle to get the account released back again, and it may take MONTHs). Bottom line is, make sure you resolve the problem with the buyer just so he withdraws the dispute (then you manually refund him if needed) and get rid of the dispute. Hope it helps, Cheers.
If it is just a mistake, you fix it if your a responsible vendor, if you don't fix it nor do you raise to PayPal why it shouldn't be fixed (ie you simply ignore it) of cause they'll freeze the account as at best you'll look like a bad vendor and at worse a fraud risk.
I doubt paypal would freeze your account over a dispute. They normally freeze for 'unusual activity', to protect YOU.
