Read, Code, Debug and repeat. Make things that interest you. This question gets asked quite a bit around here, have a search.

Self taught. Spend a few days getting some concepts down and challenge yourself to code to something. Have a goal in mind for these challenges, it will start to come easier with practice.

Reproduced examples from the books and existing projects and spend a couple of months to do a couple of personal projects.
However, it's much easier to start when you have a person who guides you.
Otherwise you gonna waste a lot of time.
    Good luck

Select a language that you like to speak, and read some books, do practice, practice very important, and find error, when you got error, dont be upset or disappointed, it's a good thing to have error, fix it, next time you wont have it, then ready to go for some small project, find someone have the same interest as you, then work together, it can bring more motivation! coding is practicing, and dont just copy code, read it, and understand it, and memorize it, ooh, remember write comments, some newbies always lazy to write some comments, that's a bad habbit, good style and good habbit are very important for your programming life.
    Alright, good luck with you!

It depends on your logic and creativity, you should learn from manual and various forums and make demo scripts in that way you can learn

I have noticed that, unlike for many other professions, people who learn programming usually learn it more on their own. I personally learned Visual Basic, PHP, Flash and JavaScript almost purely through online resources and tutorials.
    Google is our friend!
