    Just wondering about the legality. Won't Google sue or claim for copyrights for using their name on the domain?

    I think that is fine as long as no harming Google it self.
    I think so because the domain look like it could get high pagerank. Which we know PageRank is Google's prerogative.
    After all I only buy and sell domain, so if there is a problem of legality of this domain registered since the first would have banned google.

    yes, I do not think too influential to be used, to start any business with this
    and even if it already has traffic it can still be utilized
