Can someone run adwords for anyone ?

Hi !

I had googled a lot and got mixed and confusing replies !.
I wanna know if someone with adwords experience and knowledge can provide service to run campains for others ?

Don't be ridiculous, you can't train someone to use adwords in minutes. Raghav if you're looking for someone to manage adwords for you, consider someone who is adwords certified under Google's official programme
