People are not used to walk much but ever you tried to walk long how much you can my personal experience i walked once 19 K.M. without break in 10 Hrs
Well you'd have to take into consideration the gradients of the path you are walking on but in general I can walk about 2-3 miles, take a 5 minute break and then continue on.
I would go up to 2 kilometer than i take a break and continue move.Its generally depend on your stamina and how much you move daily on your foot.
71 kms a day... I ain't kidding! It actually was a part of a trekking and just due to some unavoidable reasons, we have to move to next station that was 24 kms away once we thought we were now done for today after making 47kms of trekking. Man, that was the night! My legs were falling down but just a quarter of local apple whiskey made it a goodnight. Next morning, it took me 2 guys to help me with trekking though .
10 km i think is my extreme. I havent tried more than that though but if i put some effort with some energizers, i should do 15km
Actually, the trekking was supposed to be for 6 days in total. 4 days for reaching to the destination and 2 days to get back to where we started from via different route (which was not much of trekking destination but say, shortcut due to availability of transportation). However, we reached the destination by 3 days (1 day ahead of time) and wasted that saved 1 day enjoying urban life back to city.
I have walked 7 Kilometers without take any stop and and completed this distance around about 1.25 hours..
Like 10-15km's! I used to walk while listening to music. I realise only after when my music player says battery low!
im pretty fat, but believe it or not i can walk quite a few miles before i have to just keel over dead lol.
