There are many providers providing domain registration at a cheaper price.

Hostmonster and Bluehost are the same company. Hostgator is pretty good and the only big hosting provider that didn't suffer from mass attacks
in the previous months. If you are about shared-server security, you should look here for the latest compromises: http://blog.sucuri.net

    thanks,

If only those 3 choices available then I would go with Hostgator first while the rest is up to you since they both are the same web hosting company.

I always recommend WebHostingPad because of their reliability and tech support. One of the best cPanel Hosts...

HostGator without any doubt for sure. I have seen enough of shared, reseller, VPS and dedicated hosting in all these years and used various hosting. But I have to say HostGator is undoubtedly the best amongst all of them. They might only lose out in the dedicated servers race especially unmanaged dedicated server as the do not provide them. Dedicated servers are a different game altogether with a lot bigger players from whom even HostGator rent out but in the rest of the categories and especially shared and reseller hosting HostGator is the undisputed numero uno.
