What a dumb **** ! More likely a goon with a badge and a gun and out to 'do the right thing' will kick his $100 door in and take his kids from him and give them to foster care, or fine him $300 because his grass does not 'conform' to city code and warn him because violating city code is a misdemeanor, and then arrest him becaue he was upset with this because getting upset with the 'law' is a crime.
