What does this mean ?

Hello.

I was banned from adsense before about an year ago. and trying to get a new account. yesterday adsense has replied to my application and it was rejected. with the information, they had mentioned this.

"Please note that AdSense for domains or AdSense for domains online are available to publishers already owning an approved AdSense account."

what is this ? can anyone explain please ?

Its easy, Goto blogger, create a blog, post some contents and apply for an account.
Its fastest way to get an approved account !

 

It will be easy for You If You could do lit bit tweest with Your Payee name and adress cause You cann't get a new account on same Info. So try it once more mate !

 

Means that you are not allow to use the service before you get approved.

are those contents need to be unique ? or can I copy some articles from article directory ?

 

i think you can't activate the previous one via blogger. any way you may create a new one from this

 

I have used adsense for years and didn't realize you could get banned from using adsense. But I guess you can.
