    Stupid investment IMO, he will never get a billion dollars back if he wants to sell it. The second he steps in it will lose value. Also for someone to do this only shows how greedy he is, doesn't even care about passing money down to his family when he dies, he wants to blow as much as he can when hes alive... Plus he got ripped off, he could have gotten two stadiums built with that kind of money... 27 story building? seriously? lol
