    I have a travel related website with PR4..
    i want to do link exchange with other travel related sites only ..
    Is it better (good results) to do with PR >=4 or can do with any site...

    and where do i can i can get travel related sites ( any specific site or forum) is there for travel related link exchange??

    Better go for the same niche with good quality rather than high PR in different niche

    Homepage PR doesn't matter. Just find those travel websites and get links on them.

    Search on Google with advance search operator like intitle, inrul. Find out the blog or site which they are having travel related links. Find out the link exchange page (mostly "links" "partners" "link with us" "resource"). Then request for link exchange

    As already said stick with ylour niche when possible, however it does not hurt to pick up some related links as well.

    Use "photo" and "video" sites (Vimeo, Webshots) for back link building. They are related to travel content. Make your own lens related to your content on Squidoo and link back to your site.
