There is no point for this kind of threads, if he is really earnings this much amount, better he can give some details about his strategies, like that? (not the exact niche, that's stupid question to ask).. What about simply, I start a thread and saying, hey I just managed to get 2,54,000 INR and you people just believe that? and making some fake screenshots as well.
Think positive, whether he is earning that or not is immaterial, he has made a statement, which if nothing should be a motivational point, i assume the whole idea behind such thread is this. Knowing that someone is making this kind of money is not motivating you to make that kind of money then what can.
Its up to you, to believe it or not. After i joined this forum i helped 3 persons sign up for adsense program and they are earning $5-10 monthly, So i think its a kind of motivation for newbie's or ppl who think they can't earn online. And finally i am happy that these people got the taste of adsense is... Dream...Believe...& Achieve...!
