Guys i am having a directory network, of 5 directories All these directories are Alexa Ranked around 65-70 K . Website evaluation at WebsiteOutlook.com shows my website is worth like crazy 30K USD, i know its just a script churning out numbers based on a algorithm But it suggest that i should be eearning around 50 USD from Adsense alone While i am no where near that Ex directory is Dualfix.info
Don't ever trust what some program thinks you website is worth. A week after I brought up one of my first websites, one of those programs was saying my site was worth $1,750,000. Those programs don't have a clue what your website is actually worth. And don't trust what anything says your website should be making. There are too many variables to follow something like that.
Exactly what the others say. I have sites that rank super high on Alexa and dont make anything. And then I have a few that are ranked horribly and they make $xxxx a month.. Whats your traffic like?

Try sitedoctor.us to get some more entertainment about what a site is worth. It values Google at only $2.4 billion when they make more than that in 1 quarter.

You will never really earn much adsense revenue from a directory site. They're a dime a dozen, and nobody really goes there to find content (which is what brings the best ad revenue). Stick to directories for PR building and link sales.
