When did you discover the internet?

I had always been around computers when I was a kid in the early 80's. Our grade school North of Seattle (That is why Seattle is one of the leading places for Hi-Tech) has a computer class with Franklin computers. At the house we had a Texas Instrument and a Commodore 64, I was always interested in Games and applications in the computers, but hate coding. It wasn't until 1993 when I first bought my very own computer at Sears and it was a Packard Bell, that computer was a piece of shit, they eventually went out of business not long after.

 

1997/98...I was in high school...and had learned some Basic and Cobol!

 

In 2008 i got my first connection.

 

Around 95/96, i know i was like 13 years old +/-

 

It was in 2000 or 2001.

 

I discovered the internet when I was 2 and my godmum was giving me computer lessons

 

It was about 1997-2000

My bro bought it, I didn't knew how to use it.Then I start playing games on it, then start learning and learning and today, I will be making $1000/day by next month !!

 

i dont remember the time ...but may be in 2003

 

i found internet at 2001，my classmate teached me how to use internet，time is gone so fast

 

1996 when i had super strong pc lol . Netscape was the superbrowser & Hotbot was the search engine .

 

Hmm...probably the time when they said I will get to watch porn stuffs online.

 

I first got on-line (besides crap like Prodigy or AOL) in 1996 using IBM's "limited" internet service that was part of OS/2 Warp. I found nothing really to do. Then I got back on-line in 1997 with an unlimited dial up account and immediately set up a web site which I still run to this day (altho it's undergone extenisve changes but some of the original members are still with me).

 

hehehehe I was already out of high school for 3 years in 1995.

 

4 years back i got it.

 

I discovered it in 1994, we had one computer in the office with it on, I wish I had registered lots of domains back then

 

5 years back i discovered it.

 

hehehehe! I know right.

 

It was 1999 and very expensive dial-up )

 

back 1999 if not mistaken..IRC is the first platform to explore..everyone talked about that.
