Regarding the sale of less then 1$: is the 15% bonus, someone reply it though...
In my case the bonus is shown for 20 oct but the value of that bonus wasn't added to my balance. So does anyone know if it will be added to my balance today or something like this ?

 

Should already be added to total for the day of 101020. If not, PM one of FSn's support staff, pass along your UserID and alert them to the fact it is missing.

 

FS Support i noticed my stats differ a little every time i refresh statistics,why's that?

 

FM works incorrectly. After upload, the files are in FM, but disappear when you refresh the page or move to folder they disappear to.

JUst noticed that some of my files are missing from File Manager. Some i uploaded 3 weeks ago some 1 week ago but now are gone. I have movies splited on 3-4 parts and only 1 or 2 parts of that movie are still on FileManager and the other parts don't. I must mention i am Premium almost since i started to work with FileSonic.
I started FileSonic when they had BIG problems with the server and i had hope, things got much better . . . but this is a bit too much, i a bit dispointed regarding the deletion of those files. I have many files uploaded and is very hard for me to determine wich files got deleted. I will try to reupload them but there are many files i don't even have in my computer....

I hope things will get better here on FileSonic, i still have hope and patience.

If you look back in the thread about 2 weeks ago you'll see FileSonic deleted 5% of the files on three servers. I personally lost at least 150 files, many were parts of archives as you describe, so more than 500 of my files were effected. Add to that ordinary DMCA deletions and you have the root of your problem. As much as it may suck, your only option is to re-up at this point. Good luck.

 

Im having the same problems.

Just uploaded 10 Files. Generated the links then refreshed the file manager and the files are now gone.

 

I have uploaded files successfully via ftp and web
I got the links in FM
I opened them and its shown "this file is deleted"
Pls fix this problem as soon as possible

Same here. And if you check the links in the link checker, it says that the files are available!
It is a recent issue because files uploaded one hour ago, can be downloaded.

 

Yes I have same problem. And links dont work (Getting "This file was deleted" error) which I uploaded new, I can see this files in File Manager.

What is problem?

 

Hey, I guess filesonic IT already replied to that a couple of days ago.. "It depends on which server you land on. Data takes time to propagate. Stats are not meant to be refreshed every second."
