2 backlinks and you lost 1? Honestly, I have 15,000 backlinks and I lost 50, that's why you do regular SEO. You should be building at least 10 links per day and if you site is years old, then probably 100s per day. I remember when I was little and I was upset because I lost that penny that I found. Kind of what we are dealing with here. Just make more backlinks. They will come and go.
backlinks are not permanent in google search.. they do changed time to time.. you could get more or loss the current in google..

As you say that you have 2 digital point back links and one from them is removed,had you think before that you have 62 posts and at least 37 links should show in link report but only 2 back links are shown why? Because there some links are coming from inactive pages and from the pages which are still not getting index. Same reason here that Google removes a link from the page that becomes inactive now and not get indexed again from a long time. Google not showing all the back links in search pages but if you see links at webmaster tool then it showing all the links from different domains. So will continue with your link building from active pages and indexed pages.
