Wordpress is best content management script. You didn't told about your wordpress servers, anyway disable your unwanted plugins in wordpress, also avoid 777 permission for files and folders. Try to use good security themes and enable CAPTCHA for commands and user signup. There are many ways available to secure your wordpress.

 

1.Make sure your WordPress and all plugins are kept up to date, It is essential that your WordPress Platform is up to date.
2.Do not install plugins that you wont use or don't really need.
3.Change the "wp" prefix so that people cant guess your file paths such as "wp-login" change it to anything but wp.

I dont think its that awesome for security, its decent but definitely had its fair shre of problems

 

it can be secures if you using recommended ad ins and other boot systems.also you have ti update them when newer is leashed also make you page secure by calling an wp developer
