same problem for me with like 5 files + a web upload. Hoping support is figuring it out right now before responding.

 

Problem is not limited to FTP and web upload. Just upp'd some files via RU. All are returning same error. Good news is I tried a couple old files and they are okay. Looks like no new files will be posted again tonight using FileSonic but at least we will generate some traffic from old files.

 

Yeah I noticed that too, and thanks for the help. I know you don't work for filesonic but you are always helpful.

Just checked previously "missing" files and they now all appear to be ok

EDIT: Ah the old "everybody typing at the same time"

 

All is ok now, new and old

EDIT: there might be handful of similar cases that went by undetected. Will try to dig in further tomorrow. But 99% are good!

Two questions:
- any news about s102? Somehow, most of the files I uploaded 2-4 days ago are on that server.
- it seems that the removal notification by email is already gone. Correct? I was a good thing but it lasted only 2 days.
EDIT for the 2nd question: I just received the email. I apparently noticed the deletion earlier than the notification system could send a mail.

Yep. It would definitely be nice to get this feature back. More useful than live stats in my opinion.

 

Probably because you strictly follow the law.

Strange, but 1 minute after my message, I received the email. I even noticed a deletion faster than an automatic system (at least, I may hope that the removal notification is an automatic system).

 

It really depends on your mail server. Some of them don't seem to be as friendly to our notifications as others.

However, we will soon have a section in File Manager that shows deleted files. Probably early next week.

 

Just to provide an update. The problem with the existing links appearing offline was fixed, but the problem with successful FTP/RU transfers not migrating to the file manager still persists. I upp'd some additional files after the notification the problems were solved. The RU transfer was completed within minutes but I am still waiting two hours later for the files to appear in my file manager.

Edit: Links have just appeared in file manager.

 

I see my uploaded Files on Ftp , but not moved to Webmanager for Hours :-(
