And you want to sell it for 4 years of revenue? Your website is making 3-4$ per month and you will get 10-12 month of revenue. So your starting bid should be your BIN(if you get that much

Hi, i provided alot of revenue proofs for the website.

it made $10 in some months and $6-$7 is the monthly average

so the starting bid is just 7 times of the monthly revenue..

 

LOL, I didn't checked the 'proof' firstly but now I can tell you the website's value is much less then I firstly said. You made 70$ from 2006 to 2007 and ONLY 7$ from 2009 to 2010, that is 0.57$ per month. and if the site is going in the same way, next year it will make around 2$. The price for a website that is making less than 5$ per month is around 5-8 months of revenue. As your site is making 0.57 (also going down), the starting price would be 1$, with a BIN of 10-15$.

So please correct the Monthly Revenue, it's not 10$, is 0.57$ as you have to make the average of the last 4-5 months.

 

Seems that you are a newbie in this business.

There are many websites that are sold at about 36 times of the monthly revenue.

this comes from the long stability and income.

by your low thinking, you may like a site that has only 1 week revenue to buy it and then you earn nothing
