    I picked up the site www.baseball-forums.com a couple months ago from a buddy. It ranks extremely well in google for search and is a PR3. I decided to put IPB up on this and never really did anything with it. People started signing up with no advertising.

    Site is for sale without the IPB license, add 50$ if you want the license. I run my own company and have no time to start a forum
