I understand what you’re saying man but seriously three pages of people complaining/venting about the same issues that we're already aware of isn't going to help solve the problem any faster.. With that said, I understand that angry posts of us overwhelmed isn't constructive either.. So people please calm down and have some faith in Filesonic

Dear FileSonic-support,

after last night's maintenance something went terribly wrong with my payments.
I collected over the last 8 weeks 70,55$.
When I checked this morning my earnings it just display me 66,15$ would have been paid out...and this is absolutely impossible!

First of all, I never consigned my PayPal-adress to Filesonic (not yet), because I wanted to sum my earnings
up and let me payout after reaching a certain amount.
Second, I heard some of my friends having the same problems after last night's maintenance.

What's going to happen now? Are these 66,15$ gone or will I get them bach on my unpaid sum?

An answer or solution for this problem would be highly appreciated!

To be fair to those posting, there was no reply by FileSonic made until the very end of those "three pages" and only a couple of posts were made between FileSonic's first post and then the posts instructing members to stop spamming. That said, I'm with you in that I do not see the point of continuing to report the same problems again and again after FileSonic did begin posting this morning. You are obviuosly working on the problem and history proves you will make your affiliates whole.

 

I appreciate that, and I don't mean to shut anybody down, but it also doesn't help when issues other than stats are lost amongst a sea of users reporting the exact same issues.

 

FS Support how are you going to restore tha stats,all at once or step by step?

 

Today files that i uploaded will not appear till now how can i post & earn.?

I know stats are working soon butt please don't disturb file manager please.

Step by step. First step is calculating the unpaid & total balances for everyone. Then we will look at why some people's downloads seem lower. IF we find an issue with today's stats on our end and can't correct it retroactively, we will issue compensations across the board, just as we've done in the past.

Ok i understand that you are having problems trying to fix the stats but for example right now my stats from the files that upload yesterday are starting to update. The question is are those new updates from the yesterday downloads or from the people that downloaded the file RIGHT NOW? Because could look like the stat system has been just frozen for 12-16 hours and reactivated right now and in that case i hope that eventually i see the jump from the stats that should be in the limbo.

 

There are several issues at play, but, honestly, I don't expect them to jump right back randomly. What you see right now is people downloading today.

 

can i tell us finally, u are added new system? or u are just trying to do something... Because, yesterday u were talking about 24 h. today u are talking again about 24. !

no ..new files are flying just, after 4 click it shows..but when u click again ..there is only old files which deleted about month ago... paradox!

please fix everything...fix that!

actually this sounds really great! Thank you for this bonus.
On the other hand I'm worried about the technical problems in performance and payments FileSonic has lately.
Like I described in my post #7104 payments were
accidentally paid out without giving any papyal-adress etc.

Isn't it maybe more important to fix these problems? Or will be the statistic of everyone having problems back to normal till the end of Oct.?
