the the reason is specific i got a corporate job and i am loving it. i dont think in coming days i will be that much on internet.

 

the website is working 100% right. there will be a internet problem in your system.
dont you see this layout. its a customized template, i paid 30 dollars to designer for this.

 

no pagerank on a 7 year old domain and registration details say its online since 2009. doesnt add up mate.

 

Because it is a dropped domain. A dropped domain is one whose renewal period expired and the domain name was not renewed. Someone else found it and re-registered on his name.

Each time a domain is dropped, it looses all its pagerank. This domain was dropped twice over a period of 7 years.

Either the seller forgot to mention it, or didn't want to mention it or totally forgot to mention it.

and second thing is that its registered and dropped many times since 7 years but truth remain truth. its a domain which was registered 7 years of before.

 

yes i already told that it was dropped. maybe you never believe this domain had a pr4. when first time i registered it and traffic generated automatically. later on it was expired and registered.

 

starting bid is decreased to 90.00 us dollars....

 

I never said the site is useless, I just said the domain was dropped in past and that's why it doesn't have a PR. It may be important for some to have PR but a site making money would be more important to me than PR which keeps going up and down anyways.

I would ask prospective bidders to look at the fact that it is making money out of free and effortless traffic. That alone is a big money saver. Happy bidding

2) Why is there only 1 month of analytics?
3) Your analytics says 159 visits over the last month with 271 pageviews. You're advertising the site gets 835 unique visits and 2,670 page views. Will you guarantee that figure or be willing to do promotion to get it up to your advertised data?
4) Over 55% of your traffic is from referring sites, what sites are they?
5) Your adsense earnings are for all time. When was adsense placed on this site?
6) Are all the listings submitted from members?

Yes i put the arrows on there... they are there to point out that the figures section looks like it's been edited as the background color is different to the background color close to the figures, best of luck with your sale.
