What is the difference between White hat SEO and Brown hat SEO?

    Can someone tell me what is difference between white hat seo and brown hat seo?
    These both are some or have some difference between them?

    Soon, we may have Green Hat SEO, Blue Hat SEO, Purple Hat SEO, etc...

    I think white hat SEO is a good way to increase your page rank. white hat SEo using bookmarking, webdirectory and articles. But i hate brown hat and black hat SEO paying for everything like a regular customer.

    Never heard of Brown Hat SEO. White hat SEO is an ethical way of doing Search engine optimization. Black Hat SEO mainly focus on spamming. Gray Hat is the mixture of both white and black hats. They use both techniques to get ranked well. :eek:

    yes i neverd heard abt brown hat seo .. i heard abt white hat, black hat & gray hat seo....white hat seo follow all google guidlines whereas black hat seo does not follow google guidelines ...gray hat seo is mixture of both..
