Currently this was meant to be a project to well and trully top search engine rankings for different keywords, but i have not had time to actually target many keywords, since i had this site created in april this year, the site has currently gained traffic with the odd marketing by using video marketing and article marketing, since then i have not promoted the site at all.

As you can see by the videos i have created, the site currently gains traffic with literally no marketing.

I would like this project (which i must say has a perfect domain name easily rank for certain keywords) to go to someone that will put more effort in the site to grow it's already potentiol to make thousands more.

I'm selling this site because i need funds for a software project i'm currently involved with, due to needing more funds to have this software created i have therefore had to sell my beloved sites.

This was inteneded to use marketing software like senuke,scrapebox etc.. to help promote the site in search engine rankings, which i have not got round to.

Now the current revenue is growing month by month, the first month i got $500 in sign ups, and last month in september i had recieved $1,400 in sign ups.

Now this is a site thats very easy to make money with i KNOW FOR A FACT this can easily be doubled with a little effort, well i did have that planned for myself.

April 2010 - $500

June 2010 - $900
July 2010 - $700

September 2010 - $1,400
October so far - $800 (i made the video last week intending to sell then due to family problems i didn't list it) So it has made an extra $200 since the 13th

Now i do no marketing at all for this site so the new owner this is simply a automatic earner but i would like this to go to someone who can promise me they will put more effort then i did, to promote the site to double the profits.

I'm from the united kingdom and will only accept escrow as payment, this will protect me and the buyer from any problems if any,

I am open to accepting paypal but do not like to accept big funds via paypal as i do not trust them, with my money, i've had many problems before with them.

So the earning you made is from hostgator affiliate commission with this site right ?

 

That is correct, if a visitor enters there details into the site, they recieve a discount voucher code (which i'm currently using jury) which gives them the first month for 1 cetn, there are other methods which could be implamented into the site, but in all honesty i haven't got round to doing it.

Sure thing, yes you can easily change the coupon code whenever you want.

 

the website is nicely done but when i was testing it. the coupon code that is entered into hostgator automatically is "Spring" instead of the one cent.

 

It was jury when I tested it the other day, maybe the OP has changed it again as he said it can be changed.
