Guys, stats ARE frozen because we put them on hold until we finalize a few details with our new stats engine. It will be back online soon and all the old download will be computed. Don't be alarmed if all your download stats go back to zero momentarily while we start re-calculating.

Yes, that server crashed and is rebuilding. We are also working on a good redundancy system in the near future where most files will be available on another server if a specific server has issues. Thanks for your patience.

 

Sounds good, thanks for letting us know. I was wondering what was going on too, but I know you guys have the download count even if we can't see it right away.

Good News i think now own we get better stats.

 

why in the "payments" I unapid 0 $? sum was added to the paid ...

Stats are back online with the new system. Please note that:

1) We had close to 1 hour of downtime, so this will reflect in the stats. The promo we're launching soon will help, no doubt
2) We will continue monitoring the system tomorrow to see if it works well. If you see anything fishy (other than just believing you should earn more), please contact me by PM. If there are issues, rest assured that we will fix them in time.
3) Just a reminder that the "Total Paid in USD" is just an approximation, provided as a reference. When we migrate data, like we did today, that amount might be slightly off. However, your unpaid balance is always accurate.

Stats are not delayed. They're calculating in real time. Please see my message above.

 

This shouldn't be an issue. We didn't touch anything related to the download module during the maintenance.

EDIT: Confirmed. Just downloaded several files in parallel with JDownloader.

The error I'm getting is on files above 400mb. Error tells me file is restricted to premium users and is thus not recognizing my premium account. One of my downloaders reported the error to me and I received the same error when I tried the link.

I realize this is nothing FS-IT can fix. I'm just asking if other users have noticed it before I pursue the issue elsewhere.

 

My "unpaid in USD" just went to zero. I thought u guys fixed it.
