one of the main appeals is the desktop uploader? haha
the main attraction for filefactory is different things for differnt people

for me it's;
*Leaseweb hosted = nice upload speed for me as that's where I upload from.
*Nice payrates with sale commission

And I always uploaded using their main page

 

TU still down. I already missed the chance once again to first release the files.

Bah.

I thought TU was improved?

Update:




We have just finished testing the updates to the Torrent Uploader. It should now be more reliable (and faster) - but if you still experience problems with it please let us know. If you do experience problems, please don't cancel the torrent - leave it active or in whatever status it got 'stuck' in and tell us, and that way we can check the logs and investigate the issue for you.

We have added a lot of logging data into the code to trace the process from start to finish which will give us a much better picture of any issues if they do pop up.

Thanks for your patience while we work through these problems - once again, if it doesn't work properly for you, please just let us know and we can check the logs and figure out what went wrong.

 

A few people may have noticed that balances to not perfectly add up for the last 24 hours worth of earnings. This is why for them:Update No 2:

We moved the calculation script onto a new server, and that server had a slightly different time set on it than the one that was being used.

So, basically, what happened, is that the beginning of the day was slightly different when it was run today (according to the new server), so the top stats (under the graph) are showing slightly more than 24 hours worth of downloads. They are actually showing the full day and a bit of the next day, too. The amount that was deposited into your account (which you can see in the "Transaction History" panel) is the actual amount that was generated and that will match from now on, because the time is in sync again now.

Sorry for any confusion that this caused.

 

@ffs - can you make one table for remote upload? Now I have to paste manually link by link, I cant paste for example 4 links at once... its really annoying!

You can use paste multiple url option.Just hit that button and a window will pop-up in that you can Paste up to 25 URLs..

exacly since tu is released again before days, download speed for premium users sucks massive!

 

For your update we have tested at our end.We get full download speed on using premium account.

 

About TU Didn't Check, But Download Speed Is Very Good, I Downloaded 700MB File In Just 5 mins, If You Are Experiencing Low Download Speed Then Use IDM.

 

Just wanted to say that FF is probably one of the best filehosts out there at the moment. A couple of complaints from people who download from me though :
1. Sometimes, the captcha comes with greek characters?!
2. Sometimes, the downloads just freeze (but only 2 people have said this to me, so maybe it isnt a real problem with FF ?)

Another small issue I have is that I requested a payment on the 16th, but I havent received it yet .
Usually I get it on the second day after requesting!

That makes more sense as it will be easier for you guys to process stuff instead of making payouts everyday

Yea..hereafter we have weekly payout.(I.e. Every Friday)

 

Please add small description about brand new Torrent uploader in registration page i.e filefactory.com/help/about.php as this will increase premium sales drastically.

We have just added (and are still adding) several new servers into the Turbo Uploader cluster. FileFactory Turbo should now run more reliably and you should get less failures while uploading.
