I thought you forget about it. News was over 2 weeks ago probably.

Mine are in exactly differnet way than yours.

 

Stats are fine for me, you will check yours files- many of them was deleted few days ago.

I know that. But I don't think it is the reason.

 

I check my files and the problem is not from that
I upload files so much per day but stats is slowing.
My Stats are slowing too!

 

I see filesonic support is online. Please answer my questions:

1) Are you aware of this site? Surely it's lowering our premium sales.
2) Will you ever implement a meta tag so that people can make money from their blogs too (something that many other filesharing sites already have)?

Guys FileSonic IT already confirmed that stats are fine! "They're lagging a bit, but it's the usual 10%. The good news is that we're launching a more efficient stats system in the next 48 hours that will make sure your stats are always in real time (or as much as possible)."

can u help me to check why my files was deleted? my account was hacked or sth else? it is not the first time.

 

May be it is not a stats problem.
Something like serve down, speed limit or some other issue?

Hey,
We are aware of this site and we are also aware that they are scammers.. So the last thing you should worry about is them affecting your sales in any way shape or form!
FYI they use one account for all their users.. We currently have people working on blocking these scammers

that's both outrageous and brilliant at the same time !
Obviously it's a total scam as far as filesonic and it's affiliates are concerned, but I have to say that it does address a real problem.
The very reason I don't usually buy premium accounts is that files I might want tend to be spread over a number of file hosts, and it's just not possible to have premium accounts on all file hosts. Back in the day, when rapid was the only game in town, it was fine and I did buy premuim. Now though, the only reason I would buy premium is to enhance my affiliate status so as to not have my files deleted, and that is not going to get downloaders to buy (obviously).
I'm not sanctioning the site mentioned above, but I can see the point. Seriously - if someone could do something like that, but legally and totally above board, they would 'clean up' - no contest. Can you imagine how many more people would invest in a premium account if it could be used everywhere ? I would !
Don't get me wrong - I mean obviously it ain't gonna happen (legally) , but it's a great idea in theory
