    Hi Friends,

Just few days back i got high pr health sites from our DP guys for link purchase. I took 2 days to filter out good sites but, just today I found that 10% of sites have been de-indexed in Google. All of de-indexed sites have PR >3, isn't it shocking/bad news?

These site got de-indexed just in 2-3 days. What could be wrong with these sites?

Mix theme of -> Gambling + Health + Software developement
Irrelavent out going link like -> Gambling + Software developement links
Bad back links from -> Games sites
Copy content issue -> Many of sites has copied their content from Article sites and Blog sites
    or
Is there someone from DP guys who has complained google about the sites for bad business relationship experience?

    What do u think?

You bought a link from an expired or dropped domain and when it was cached again it lost PR. You got took pretty much.

I know all PR>3 sites were cached in between 12 to 16th October, they didn't lose PR, they just have got de indexed. None of them are drop or expired domain, I checked Web archive as usual. All de-indexed sites were fine.

There is no set date, time or PR level for sites being cached. it happens constantly.

It's not happening... If you could get de-indexed this way then every body would do this to their competitors.

You could be right, as i said irrelavent inbound & out bound links and mix theme (paid post of gambling sites) might has helped Google algorithm to find that the site were selling links.

    Mate, am i right?

Well If competitors haven't complained then I think Google algo might has find that those sites were selling links/post to any theme site.

Google doesn't like link sale and buy. If you want to buy link, you should be careful to buy it from a quality domain with the relevant content to your website. Also don't buy backlinks from website which have a lot of external pages on them, because maybe Google find these websites as selling sites and penalized them, then if you buy a link from them, you got a link from a penalized website and it can hurt your ranking.
So be careful when you want to buy backlinks from website and check their statistics firstly then buy links.

I agree that Link Sales sites should be penalized and de-indexed by Google to value quality websites

Your links were mixed with gambling sites? That could be a problem in itself.

I would not pay for others to do linkbuilding, unless they come very highly recommended from several people that you trust and that have used them.

Because, if the "linkbuilding company" adds your links to a bunch of disreputable directories, linkfarms, and uses methods that are considered blackhat (and gets caught by Google), you could then find that your wonderful domains are deindexed or just heavily penalized. Hardly worth it, is it?

Personally, I'd go the old fashioned route and do your own linkbuilding. Hire someone to build Wordpress templates and put your links in the footer, if you want.

Here's some linkbuilding options that are free.
