Is that stats slowing down?

 

I received mail about deleted files. This is weird, but I'm happy!

 

That's pretty much what I've been hearing for the past 6-7hrs. Add that to the fact I've been downloading a file from FileSonic for the past 2 hours at 1-3kb/s and I think that is the the reason the stats are sluggish. If this is the speed I get as a premium user, who knows what free users are getting. Thus, probably few downloads are completing.

 

..bad news...
when i test downloading from my link, it returned old "not allowed" fault (without premium account)

Please !!!! fix the bug, my downloader keep comlaining about that bug, they are dispointed about the same errors again and again.....Please!!!! fix it immediately if you dont want downloaders leave you.....

 

imagine, why does people want to download or buy premium account from you, if those annoying errors keep countinuing?

Also does everyone keep getting logged out there account every 24hours+ ?

 

Guys, stats are fine, I don't see any issues on my end. They're lagging a bit, but it's the usual 10%. The good news is that we're launching a more efficient stats system in the next 48 hours that will make sure your stats are always in real time (or as much as possible).

Also, we believe that we fixed all the major issues related to DMCA emails going out.

As for downloads, I've been able to download fine as a free user, at around 200 kb/s and as a premium, I maxed out my Internet connection. If some of you have download issues, please PM me the URL and I will look into it. Might be isolated to one server that's overloaded.

I was able to download this file as both free and premium. Can you try again? Make sure you download the file not too long after the download becomes available. After a certain period of time, the link expires. If not, try clearing your cookies...

 

Thanks for quick reply, I just test whether free downloader can download, i use Firefox and try instant downloading both from browser and download manager. As you may know, I want to know download the file smooth or not, because downloaders may not know how to clear cookies or something like that, they just seeing my files, like it, download it. If there is any difficulties downloading my files, they will shift to another's files. Therefore, Its very kind of you to make your download procedure as simple as good. I hope and believe that your service being the best. Keep your great job and boost your income (my income also )

 

Yes. Past 3-4 nights. After hearing about the hacked passwords I crossed my fingers as I had to log back in.

Some of My Files Have been Deleted ...Is there any way to recover them ....

Would Upgrading to a Premium Help saving the Remaining Files or...only Those files Uploded after buying a premium would not come under the axe ???....

There was an issue last Thursday with more files being deleted than usual. We're working to recover as many as we can.

As for a premium account, it would prevent all your files from being deleted through the 30-day rule. This applies to all files, as long as you have a premium membership. However, a premium membership wouldn't have helped with Thursday's unfortunate incident.

 

Stats are fine and up to date.

not only one file. many files was deleted. 80% of the files i uploaded yesterday was deleted.
