It is subscribed to several RSS feeds for the news. It pings Google automatically each time the feeds are updated. That means that each time new posts are placed on the blog it pings Google and tells Google there is a new post. It's the "blog and ping" strategy. It is a very effective way of letting a search engine know you have new content. Every day the site builds archived content. So it it adding pages every day, and it is all relevant content. Domain name is INCLUDED in your purchase!!

There are built in sitemaps and RSS feeds as well. The site runs itself! Slick AdSense intergration. All you need to do is drive traffic and you will benefit from a great AdSense clickthrough. The site is only a few days old, so no traffic yet. My other automated sites bring in AdSense CTR's in the double digits.

The site will keep adding content every time it updates. By having fresh AND relevant content and pinging Google with new posts it will help get you out of the Google sandbox. At the same time it will build pages and pages of archived content. Can be set up to update as often as you like, but I would not recommend more than once every 6 hours to save your server resources.

If you market this site well, you will have a good money maker on your hands. I have built a number of these sites for people, and all have been very happy with the results and my support. One of my automated sites is now a PR6 after only 6 months.

rich_uk: not sure what you ar asking? I just registered the site, it's locked. Meaning I have to unlock it to transfer it. That's normal. I don't use AIM/MSN or other chat programs. I find them annoying. I will set it up on your server.
