Someone keeps trying to steal my domains..

They keep trying change the password and set the address to the one below.
I don't know what to do, the registar says that I need to contact the police if I wish to press charges and the police say I need to contact the internet company. Any ideas?

Has anyone ever seen this address or had a similar experience? This has happened to me more than five times now. Just wondering if it's a widely used scam or if I am being singled out?

Ring him up & ask him straight up WTF does he think he's doing? & explain that you will be taking the matter further if he doesn't cease...

Exactly ring them up! And make sure your domains are registrar locked.
Could of course be a fake address and telephone number but at least show them your on to them.

Man how can he guess your passwords.

See take it this way. First of all format your hard drive there might be a trojan in it.
Next with a fresh Operating system go to your account and change the password.
Then also change the secret question if there is. And change the birthday to something else like your father's birthday :D

    Now you will be safe.

Which domain register are you using? It sounds like they're not automatically locking your domain to inhibit transfer.
