All moneybookers payments have been sent, if your payment has been declined you will have been sent an email showing the mirrored links. Please also note, I do not make or decline the payments, if you want to debate it reply to the email that you have been sent.....

 

hahahhahaha... delclined..hahah.. for some sites i never heard..hhaha...i only shared my links on 1 page ..and my friends from facebook sent on forums..with their multiposter..and their site..so i can not stop people to share my links? you have people who share other links (not own)..so..or shange your rules and pay me..or good by...

 

If your friends are doing this to your links for some reason, then you need to ask them to stop.

They gain nothing from it, because they are your files. By them distributing the links, you are the one that will earn more money, not them. The only reason they would be doing this is to help you spread your links and gain more exposure, possibly because you pay them out of your earnings - which is fine - but that doesn't concern us. YOUR links were found on a lot of websites, all with mirrors to other hosts in the same post. That means that somebody is uploading the files to other hosts, and sharing them in the same posts, and that is against our rules. If you know who's doing it, ask them to stop.

If they want to earn money, they can upload their own files, mirror them and spread the links around, and they won't get paid - but you will, because you will be following our rules.

You system is “eating” the downloads.

It already happen before for some of my file and I lost 100 -150 downloads.
I send support email and they said nothing wrong with the counting system.


Then I can teling ffs, something wrong with your system, please fix it!

 

@above looks about right - so many systems point shave. But most wont do it this way so it can be seen.

 

@@@makemoneyss Please don't go mad....And thank you making us aware with these issue.I will pass these information to support and update you here as soon as i get answer from them

 

@makemoneyss - atleast they answered you quickly - - lets you know that even if it was on purpose they have been caught out and are admitting fault, although not liabilty.

 

Lol man.Maybe it's a technical fault..Anyhow wait for next 12 to 15 hrs to get clear picture with these issue.It's 9 PM here right now...So stay tune..

 

@makemoneyss i hope our support team given you explanation in the email.And they we were in need of the file links shown in the screenshot, and they will run the same queries for the next few hours and give back the statistics. So please send them the links in the screenshot..

 

@ffs - have filefactory considered any new plans or a change to rule #5?

 

Most likely from next month we might have some change with it..But i am not sure about launch date..

Hmm one of my TU has been stuck after download for about 12 hours now... And its less than 2gigs........

Is there a queue? There should be a timer to see where ours is at..

Download failed... I tried readding, its now a duplicate torrent. Can you clear my torrent queue. Thanks.

 

TU is very disappointing. Sunday night, monday and tuesday is when I need to use it. And its always down during these days.

 

One of the main attraction of uploaders to filefactory is their desktop download & upload accelerator tool which can resume downloads & uploads & for the last few weeks, tool is not working reliably & upload fails repeatedly for no reason at all, typically due to some bug in the filefactory servers.

Also preview function for video files is not working too

Remote uploading is so slow & the only way to upload to filefactory is by web browser which is a hard job for heavy uploaders.

I request ffs to please report these bugs to filefactory technical staffs & correct it soon.

is there any faster way to get the links from the file list?
i am clicking the file one by one to get links of more than 10 files...

?

 

You can click one file, hold shift, and then click another one lower in the list and it will select all of them between the originally selected and newly selected one. We're modifying Turbo and updating the server-code as it's currently unreliable, should be done in the next few days.
