I have received a DMCA notification regarding some copyrighted contents from other websites, now i had removed the published content from the site. Now how can send counter notification to google, that is what can i write in the written communication letter?

    1. Identify the specific URLs of material that Google has removed or to which Google has disabled access.?

which URL i have to provide, the site's home page URL or specific content url?

3."disabled at the URL identified and will no longer be shown" is this right one for my problem?

    is this correct format?

In the notification that you received did they not send return contact information? If they did, I would send them all the details you have regarding what you've removed.

    what we have to send,

    a removed url?

or we have to write anything like apologize letter to google.

then one more question in counter notification form they asked for address of your service providers? conform that our hosting provider is the service provider right?

It sucks yes, I had a problem with a FALSE CLAIM from some dumbass in France and my hosting company blocked my site as they are required by the DMCA laws in the US.
After I told them to activate it again, which they did and then it was up to me as says the DMCA law also. But I never send back a DMCA counter notice to the dumbass because doing so I would have to reveal my address and everything, so what is whois privacy made for if not to protect oneself against crazy people?
Of course he never did any trial, never sued me since he was in the wrong in the first place, but still just sending a DMCA notice to a webhosting company in the US means your website will be disabled first thing as the web hosting company don't want any trouble and have to comply with stupid US law regarding DMCA.
