    Did you find the title intresting. Anyways i am in search of desperate help. Some time ago i was getting money in mmy paypal account and i got a us account as in indian they required Pan card. Now i have around 24$ and i dont know how to withdraw it. Please give advice as how can i sell it or something else. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

    Transfer it to any friend who lives around your area. Ask him to withdraw it to his bank and take the money. :)

    Thank sfor the reply digital shubhi but actually i cant send mo ney anywhere before i have verified account and that will not work with vcc.They need an american bank account linking. shouldi sell my account or what please tell

    You could also do that... but i think you'd have a problem again with the account verification.

    where can i sell my account and if i some how get someone to verify the account and then send all money to my freind does paypal require the information to match on paypal account

    That is because it is an american paypal account and they require a USA bank account to get that verified.
