    I want to sell one of my websites. theoriesofconspiracy.com This was my hobby for the last 2 years and I worked a lot on it. The design and content is unique.

    5th place on Google first page for "conspiracy theories" and high ranking for other long tail kw.

    Currently 350-400 UVs with some higher spikes when I write an article an become viral on social bookmarking sites (ex. had 898 visitors on 30 Sept). Most of the traffic is organic.

    I want to sell it because I have some family problems and I`m currently trying to sell all my web properties.

    I`m looking for a fast sale. I will transfer it for free if you want.
