I've used this one before: http://www.savevid.com/ There's a lot of free options to choose from, most of them allowing you to save in .flv format.
me too, I use keepvid dot com. but if there are problem with keepvid, I use youtube downloader from firefox add ons
just copy url from youtube and then open website savevid.com, paster url there, and download with desire format, like 3gp, mp4 high quality
One of the easiest ways that I know to download a internet video is to install realplayer and when you hold the mouse over a playing video on the top of the video it will say "Download this video" and you can download that video with realplayer.

Let's assume that you want to download this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GigYWy2UmOY& Now all you need to do is changing the "y" of youtube to "3" making it 3outuble. This way you will have access to another page that lets you download the youtube video for free.
