ok guys, after reading your helpful comments, I decided to create a background image. So how does it look like now?
No disrespect, man, but your Web site needs a lot of work. You should start by cleaning up the 290 validation errors and 41 warnings.
Hi there, I think the ad box right at the top is distracting.. it's like you're trying to take something away from the customer without first giving them something.. I have to scroll down before I get to the information you've written.. and is the title of the website meant to be "shower stalls for bathroomS"?
In Firefox I see an empty blue table on the bottom of the page and the right of the page. Definitely get rid off all the google ads, like m112 said..1 per page is enough
Take away the background... Instead make a nice header. Also get rid of the 160x600 in the sidebar or the 300x250 in the middle... Its too much and makes people just leave your site...
I'd restart. Create a slick attractive design in photoshop with interactive buttons etc to engage whoever views your site.
As i said in one of your other posts; Create a nice design in photoshop which will act as an all round template, interactive buttons, nice header with a logo, lose the background image and boring-ness.
That's the problem... Too much means that visitors wont even bother clicking an ad... They will see it is only for Adsense, feel cheated and leave again The point would be to make it not so obvious...
Times new roman is not a good choice of font in website links, doesn't look good. The colour of links is not matching with site colours.
The ads and the page background are too distracting so you cannot see the actual content. Another suggestion would be to separate the menu and the ads as they blend together.
All the suggestions that have been given are good. The menu really needs some help. And that font isn't nice to look at. Basically it's really dull and boring
