One more thing.
When we are selecting for example 20-30 links (parts from 01 to 30), we want to know how many links are selected and how big their weight is. Very important in the days with technical issues with your ftp, when one of the links is coming after about 30-60 minutes.

I'm premium.
In 2 days I lost between 300 and 400 files in the root folder of my file manager. About 100 of them were deleted a quarter before writing this reply.
This cannot be due to DMCA complaints because I store the files that are prone to DMCA reporting, in subfolders. I do know for 95% which of my files will be reported. And thus the number of DMCA complaints against files that are stored in the root folder, is very limited.
Where are these hundreds of files?

Edit: the deletion just continued while I was typing this message. Again 50 files lost!

 

I'm not sure what it is that you're seeing, but I can confirm that files are not being deleted from your account. None of the deletion scripts are running, and the DMCA team is not working this late. Please check your inbox.

I am having real problems with my account, my password isnt working and ive requested that it be reset numerous times. but every time i enter my email address i do not get an email from Filesonic.

I really want my account back, can anyone from Filesonic help? I've pmed the two filesonic staff i could see on here.

 

Clearly there is an issue somewhere as this is happening to alot of users including me......

 

One page of my files also simply disappeared ...

 

some of my files also disappeared and for my referral some parts of the whole file splitted/rar also disappeared. i dont think its dmca bec it should be the whole set of links be deleted. and some other were not even posted so how come dmca will come into play. another problem just come out that will take away premium sales and downloaders.

i saw one thread in a forum about filesonic and it reached 100+ pages of discussions and complains. pm me if you want that forum and you'll know what's the real score of filesonic to downloaders. and yet most of the affliates here is still supporting filesonic despite of being banned from their forums. affiliates should be treated with respect.

 

i was just informed by my referral that the whole set of link for 1 file were gone. the file were still there yesterday and havent posted so dmca now can predict which file to be posted the next day.

if this problem is not solved ASAP, more and more files will be broken and more and more downloaders will not even looked for a post that have filesonic link.

fyi most of the forums now have the rules of tagging the subject with the filehost name, and if you dont follow this your post will be deleted and you being banned. so if the subject contains filesonic they will not even open the post.

We are looking into the issue of the files that were deleted. I see that a bigger than usual amount was deleted 2 days ago, so there might be something to look at there. We will begin a scan of servers to see if any files were deleted without being flagged as DMCA complaints. As soon as we get news, we will let you know. Unfortunately, the quickest solution is to reupload files you think shouldn't have been deleted (as long as you are not violating any laws, or our terms and conditions), as any investigation/solution is likely to take time.

Sorry for this inconvenience. We know that it's not fund for anyone, but rest assured that we're doing our best to find out what happened. Also, the good news is that, according to my calculation, if there is an issue then it affects only a very small percentage of files.

 

% of deleted files and has grown somewhere 70-80 maybe. Upload 2-3 Tb and correct links is incredible.

 

Looks like I have files missing as well. Posted in last 24hrs so I know there has been no DMCA report. Also, a couple of the links are live, so I'm wondering if they were just cleared from the file manager somehow. Unfortunately, I cannot tell 100% because the search function of the file manager has not yet been installed. Still, files are seeming to disappear.

they are not dmca deleted, since i have the same files in hf and they are still up even after 2 days. also hf is quickest to delete files than fs

 

great, I just found out that 4 more 400MB vids have been deleted....... and no DMCA complaint, I'm 100% sure.....
