How did you collect all the Paypal addresses? If you did not gather them correctly it could leave you open to alot of valid spam complaints and even more legal problems. The domain also includes a trademark and it seems you're also using offering a service that effects Paypal. This website seems very fishy to me.

 

Adresses are from buyers of my products I have been working online for over 10 years

and have agreed to recieve emails about other biz offers.

trademark has not been an issue there are similar sites with paypal in the name that are several years old

This is supposed to be a 24hour auction therefore I am ending this auction if the bids do not pick up within the next 10 hours

The domain is trademark infringement, period. It's only a matter of time before you are forced to turn over the domain/and or sued for damages. There are may instances of paypal taking action to protect their mark (sucks sites can be consider free speech).

paypal obviously know that this site exists as we use paypal for the product

there is a big difference between cybersquating on paypalx and running mailer programs with paypal in the name there are many hundreds of sites such as paypal extreme mailer etc.

anyways since there is no interested and this site is taking up to much of my time was only started as a product tester

I will be letting this site quietly die since there seems to be no interest.

paypalsucks has been around for a long time...
