Why the ranking of stolen content is higher than ranking of my website

    Hello,
I created bunch of posts in 2008/09 with unique content and now someone is stealing my data for his forum. The weird thing that Google ranks duplicate pages higher, than original. And today Google kick me out of what is mine :(

I requested him to link back to original source of info. but he deleted all my posts from his forum where i request for back link to source site. (As far as i know, under the data protection rule he must credit back to my site)

Please explain why copy-pasted articles ranks higher than original page? The guy is not using Google AdSense to make money using stolen content but advertising other network of sites via that forum.

If he will not stop, all my efforts are useless

One factor for his better ranking can be that he have more comments on that threads then you have on blog posts. Another can be his threads have more inbound links then your blog posts. Try to beat him with that 2.

I've run into the same problem. I've requested multiple times to the site owner, the ISP, the host, etc. No dice. The only reply I got was from the host, who mentioned that I needed a court order to remove the content.

Don't know about you, but I don't have the cash to hire a lawyer, which I would have to do, since I don't have the legal knowledge to get one. If you have the ability, you might try that, which should work in the US or the EU.

Because google isn't human, it cannot objectively determine who has stolen content or not.
