Those of you who say you're 'missing' files that you are certain didn't receive DMCA complaints, or other complaints, please PM me as much information as you can. Usually, a file is deleted for a very specific reason. I will try to help out on a case-by-case basis, but it can be difficult to track down individual files. The best option might be to reupload them (if you have the right to, and aren't violating any laws, of course ).

As for notifying you for deleted files, I promise that we will have something soon. We're just finalizing some loose ends related to mail servers, etc.

Sharing Premium Accounts is Not Permitted

We have noticed premium accounts that are being shared and used by multiple people from multiple locations. This is not permitted, and all such accounts will be blocked. If you have shared your account with others, you must stop immediately to avoid losing your access.

I am using my accout on two pc at two different locations. One at home and one at my office. Is this ok?
I dont download much...i just need the second location for better upload speed!

Why do you call users to download for using JDownloader, users can buy premium through this program, in which case the WM gets nothing!

In sharingmatrix we had the chance to see how many files we had in the file manager (manage files) & last download, is possible to add these characteristics again please?.

i just noticed too that some of my files are missing.. i have not even shared these files yet so i dont think any complaints were sent against these files... unfortunately i forgot what files are missing...

 

yes i was hacked too and fortunately Hish was able to help me with my fsonic account but my HF account was taken over and no way of getting it back...

 

@ven666detta, please when you are approaching support give them as much details as you can. You can`t expect any response when you just say: but i forgot what it was.. but it is not right. You are just loosing their time and that time should be used for making the services better or helping other members which have valid problems with facts and more information.

actually, as i said i forgot what the files were (i noticed that the number of files were less than i had before) and i was not asking for help .. i was just pointing out that files were deleted even if they were not even shared, so it was not deleted because of DCMA complaints, hopefully FT can go from there.... but you're right, for those asking for help, as much information they can give would help everyone faster....

 

some of my files have been deleted. I don't know why. However, I haven't received any notifications about deleted files yet

Filesonic deleted many of my files without any reason, even if I premium member. On 29th of september I have uploaded some video file which consists of 16 parts (300 mb each). Today I've found out that part 2, part 7 and part 12 deleted. I'm sure that's not an abuse. Why did you delete my files? That's not a first case.

This is a sale from a user who tried to access your file through the direct server page, and clicked on the link to go back to the real download page, where he bought a membership. But, hey, a sale is a sale
