Hi, I built a kind of adult blog and have had problems to raise traffic for it. Most sites related to that topic, say adult forums/communities, are reluctant to link to different sites (unless you pay for that)... they simply ignore your requests or treat you as a spammer when trying to post or comment using links in your signature, avatar, and the comments themselves. I have also used some kind of unethical spamming such as trying to promote the site in adult chats, and e-mails, but no luck of course. Can you offer me some kind of orientation in this regard?. It seems that with adult sites the strategies need to be different than those used for regular sites. I don't pretend to invest money for advertising, will there be any free technique? Regards.
You can search more on Google,to find some high clicking websites,more important is not so many rules.Also,you can join facebook or Youtube which upload your sites' photos and videos to them.I hope you can do better and better.

There are only adult blog directories, so you can submit your link only if its a blog. Or there are some adult tube directories also. But there aren't any directories for regular free sites (as I know). Also you can try to submit some galleries and link back to your site in the footer.
I'm not saying that there aren't but don't know about single one which sends any ok amount of traffic (been in the adult biz for 5 years). Also there are link lists which list free sites. But those free sites need to have a structure and need to follow the exact rules. Those free sites aren't regular free sites.
It can take pretty long till your templates get downloaded/distributed, also if you are not designer then you need to pay for them. And also google is not giving that relevancy to links in the footer. Better spend that money on buying links. Or better create your own sites and start exchanging links A>B,C>D style. But the fastest way is by submitting galleries. You can get a tool for $24.95/month or something like that. You won't only get new links, but you can make sales also.
I agree with all of the suggests above. Establishing new business contacts and friendships with other adult webmasters help too! Not only will they cut you deals on link exchange but also help with cheap ad placement on their site.
