I suggest you to use a header. it will be nice.
and write some unique articles. these are copied ones. aren't they ?

 

nice blog, may should be more colourful.

 

I like the simple look and it keeps ppl atracted to the articles. However i think the best thing for you is to market and make good content. try making videos on youtube, about your topics. make them fun and then post the links on sites of your topic.

nice theme, nice load time, about audience its depend on your country, but site looks good.

 

your domain keyword is not good. when u buy dont use nomber like 101 in ur domain dear. only buy domain after checking compitisionn and visitors.

 

I use the default Wordpress 2010 theme,
just customized the style sheet a bit
