Plentyoffish advertising, avoid at all costs.

Without any warning they deleted one of my campaigns right after it had been approved and then issued a refund, no explanation given.

    Very strange.

I sent numerous support tickets asking what was going on but they never reply.

Use POF advertising at your own risk.

If you PM'd me the email you used to sign up to the ad platform with, I can investigate so you can get your answers :) Alternatively, email .
We don't delete campaigns, don't offer refunds without them first being requested and answer all support tickets so I'd like to get to the bottom of this.

Seems odd, but at the same time, they refunded your money without a request. Sounds like they're legit where a lot of companies would just keep your deposit.

I'm trying to rack my brain for a reason why we'd literally just give you your money back, but I can't. I've requested some clarification from OP but have yet to receive any additional information so I'm just going to leave this be until OP starts cooperating. But at least I'm reaching out and being proactive, which I doubt many other publishers would do.

Good idea :) Although, this is in the incorrect section as we run ads via CPM. Look for a new thread in the social networks section everyone!

    Cheers!

What happened was I created a campaign, it got approved, I started to get impressions then they stopped. In the "history" area I see a message saying "Refund created by System Administrator". I didn't request a refund.

Yes, this was clearly communicated on your first post. Please PM me the email you signed up with and I can fully investigate this issue AND provide you with clarification. Because so far, this thread is unwarranted and unproven.

No, I'm saying his claims are unwarranted and pending investigation. Dismissing his claim completely is going too far, too soon.

Using "unwarranted and unproven" seems like you're lashing out at the client for starting this topic. Your first post here @ DP is also a reply here.

    http://rileypool.com/affiliate-marketing/case-study-using-pof-conversion-tracking-to-weed-out-non-converters-phase-2/

Found this blog where an affiliate marketer has used our platform and tools to make $200+ per day on a campaign. Some very good information for those who are unfamiliar or new to advertising on https://ads.pof.com
