Yes, trying to download by clicking on a sharingmatrix link which I know works, and instead of redirecting to the Filesonic homepage, it starts and finishes a 0kb download in Firefox, as though the file is 0kb instead of 100MB. This has happened with various links which should work, though not all.

 

How to make a premium sale?
One buy a premium account and than download my file, or must buy a premium account from my download link and than download the file?

 

Can you please try ftp.eu.filesonic.com and tell me if you still face the issue?

They need to buy the account FROM your link. Whether or not they then download the file is meaningless in terms of you being credited with the sale.

If they "buy a premium account and than download my file" without following one of your links first to purchase premium status, you will not be credited with a sale.

All my files are 401+ MB, so if one want to download my files them must have a premium account.
Before joining filesonic, I can sell 6 premium accounts of shareflare, but now I only sell two or less premium accounts!

Correct, but perhaps you do not realize that the user is immediately taken to a page to purchase a premium account when they click one of your links. You are then credited for the sale. If you're not making sales, it is because users are choosing not to purchase memberships to obtain your files.

If, as you describe, all you files require premium membership to download, your lack of sales is more likely due to the fact that the files you're sharing are readily available elsewhere for free or that they are not valuable enough to the user to entice him into buying a premium account.

How much data can a free user download a day? It says free users are limited by data.

We're aware of issues with one of our FTP servers. In the meantime, please connect to ftp.eu.filesonic.com. It might be a bit slower, but it should work fine.

Hey,
Their is no limit to the amount of data a free user can download.. You can download as long as the file is less than 400MB and you've waited 10 minutes between every download.
