Sign upto google webmaster tools and the same thing for bing and yahoo submit a sitemap in each.

Post on forums is a good way as they get crawled very often so if you have a link in your sig it will soon get picked up.
Post on do follow blogs as these links will help make it quicker.

Get a link from a good quality website if possiable, if you are lucky enough to be able to get a link from a large website for some reason, they use your product and want to recomend it or something. This will help if its classed as a big/important site then it will get crawled often meaning your link will soon get picked up.

Just to check though, how are you checking its not been cached?

Just type the URL for your site in google and it should show the website, if you mean your trying to search for a search term and your not comming up then am not supprised as it can take lots of hard work and time to get ranked well for search terms.

If you really mean the website is not cached at all not sure why I normally get sites in the search engines within 24hrs, sometimes Yahoo can be a little slow but only a few days at the most normally.

Only just noticed you said internal page, well sometimes thats just the way it goes they dont always cache every page of your site. But same rule applies though really get a few inbound links to the page make sure its original content and am sure it will soon be cached.

Do social bookmarking for your site. It will get indexed in search engine.

I have a "Recent..." pages section on my home page. I put a link to every new page in the "Recent..." section.

Just keep on updating. The more frequently you update, the more frequently it will be cached.

Proper internal linking, bookmark your inner page and post your inner page link on good crawling website or blog.
