Here it goes. I advertised with one of CJ's affiliates for about a month and a half. Affiliate's offer was based on pay per lead commission. I sent that affiliate around 1.5K- 1.7K clicks, got 330-350 CJ registered leads back. My traffic was brought directly from Google and Bing SE. It was very well targeted. This is was not my first affiliate, so I followed all of their rules. I mean every rule was followed through. Affiliate reversed all of my commissions. He did not give a single "valid" reason why the commissions were reversed. I think the affiliate was overwhelmed by the amount of click was sent to his site. My questions are: Has anyone ever encountered the same problem? What was the resolution? Can i take the affiliate to court, if he fails to produce a "valid" reason for my unpaid commissions? How do you seek to have affiliate show proof for unvalid(bad) clicks? Any suggestions?
same problem happened with me ! i made $309 through a lead program and after a week my all earning was gone damn ! dunno y? also contacted with advertiser but still no reply
LOL...... Your commissions will never be reversed unless they are fake. Don't think you are cleverer that CJ and submit leads on your own. CJ deals with hundreads of people like you everyday
a advertiser reverse my payment when i check my report then saw they "disqualified my leads" without any reason or notice i dont know what is the meaning of disqualified leads also contacted with advertiser but still no reply
Can you not ask CJ to look into this for you as well if you get no response and you are confident in the leads you gave to the company as all being legitimate?
Hello! First of all, contact the Advertiser directly. If he doesn't respond in 2 days, contact CJ Support. BrowserMob also reversed ALL of my leads 40/40. After contacting CJ Support and giving them required proof that my leads were valid I got the response that, after they contacted Advertiser, Advertiser saw that he made a mistake and I got money for 27/40 leads back! (13 leads weren't really good - those were signups with a personal email address). Hope this helps. Good luck
hm how to determine if they are personal or business email addreses? business people also use yahoo and gmail, they not always use the email @ their domain because they are not very reliable as yahoo and gmail.

But, BrowserMob's ToS say: "Commissions are paid for corporate email signups only." What is a corporate email? For example, if company's name is ABCDEFGH, than a corporate email should look like this: Greetings
No, my account is flagged as Incentive, so all of my friends that work for a company signed up to BrowserMob.
lol poor thinking, businessmen also use yahoo and gmail because they are the most reliable, if you use you can lose important emails if your server is down
I'm not saying that businessmen don't use email addresses such as @yahoo.com, @gmail.com or @live.com, all I'm saying is: BrowserMob doesn't care for these signups, he wants signups with email addresses such as name@companyname.com ONLY.
so did u got payment successfully from them? because i am also promoting their product and i am sure that within a month i can make over 100 leads is browsermob are trusted?
