    Dear All,

We need your suggestions regarding creating new region wise websites for the company.

If we have a domain called "www.xyzindia.com" and are starting new branch offices in United States, Australia and France. And, we want region specific websites. So, we are planning to buy new domains as www.xyzusa.com, www.xyzaustralia.com and www.xyzfrance.com respectively. But, the issue is that, can we have the same content of "www.xyzindia.com" website in these new domain name websites or will the Google considers it as a duplicate content (as the content in www.xyzindia.com will be same like in other domains).

Looking forward for your suggestions. It would be great if you reply ASAP.

    Thanks,
    Nagaraju.

I don't think so it will consider as spam. You can use same content for different language domain.

Ya sure. You can copy the same content to be in different languages. It has been considered as a good advantage, if you have your website as multilingual...

Well this article is all about multilingual service by Google in which Google will helps to support your web site by translating your web site by their own API.
Here question is different IMO there is no problem with that is some one make a web site with same content for different domains but should try to make some changes in content and copy content should not be same 100% at least.

If we create domains (ccTLDs) using ".us", ".com.au" with the existing domain name "www.xyzindia.com" and geotarget the two domains (i.e. ".us", ".com.au") to respective country locations "USA" and "Australia".

If we don't geotarget the main domain "www.xyzindia.com" to any country (which will be global one having good PR) and use the same content of "www.xyzindia.com" in the USA and Australian domains, then will it be considered as duplicate content issue (as same language content will be used in all these domains).

    Looking forward for your suggestions.
